HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12451 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in pressurizing the petitioner to vacate the plot No.24/A, in Sy.No.91, admeasuring 300 square yards situated at Gachibowli village, Serlingampally Mandal, R.R.District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that one R.A.Rama Rao gave complaint on 28-05-2019 stating that he is GPA holder of Plot No.28 admeasuring 700 square yards in Sy.No.91 at Gachibowli and that a civil case is pending in the Court vide EP.No.295 of 2016 in O.S.No.2598 of 2006. While so, one Abdul Kareem has started digging bore and started construction work in the plot. On that GD entry was made on 28-05-2019 and preliminary enquiry was done. It is also stated that during enquiry, respondent No.3 visited the above place for causing enquiry. The other allegations that respondent No.3 sent his subordinate police constables and interfered in civil disputes of petitioner are denied. The other allegation that respondent No.3 pressurized the petitioner to vacate the subject plot is also denied.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 not to interfere with the civil

disputes of the petitioner and not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 24-06-2019 Note:
