COMMON ORDER:

Heard.

2. Petitioners allege that there is a civil dispute between them and respondent No.4. However, the officials of respondent No.3 are interfering with the said civil dispute and calling the petitioners to the police station though there is no crime registered against them. Hence, petitioners seek Mandamus as prayed for.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader state that that there is no complaint or case registered against the petitioners on the file of

respondent No.3 and the allegation of any interference by the police with the civil dispute between the petitioners and respondent No.4 is denied. It is also stated that petitioners were never summoned nor any mobile number of petitioner No.1 was taken.

4. Since there is no crime registered against the petitioners on the file of respondent No.3, obviously, respondent No.3 has not taken any further action. The same is, therefore, recorded.

Writ petitions are, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
