Sri V.Narsimha Goud, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that having regard to the interim direction of this Court and the decision communicated by respondents, the petitioner is not pressing the writ prayer.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is needless to observe that the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the communication of the respondents in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
