No representation for the petitioners-accused Nos.1, 3 and 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet on 23.02.2017 before the VII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, and the same was assigned C.C.(S.R.)No.296 of 2017, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
