HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.2738 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition (TR) the petitioner has retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and in view of the same no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents has fairly acceded to the same.

Recording the above submission of the counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 3.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to cost.
