HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28119 OF 2010 ORDER:

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 16.11.2010 granted interim direction to the respondents to receive and process the applications by extending the benefit of relaxation to an extent of four years in favour of those candidates, who have undergone apprenticeship training with the Corporation. When the matter is listed today, both the counsel state that in view of the aforesaid interim order, no further orders are required in this writ petition.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 16.11.2010 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.35860 of 2010. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
