THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.5365 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the learned IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad, for not disposing and not adjudicating the interim application, i.e., I.A.No.295 of 2017 in O.S.No.550 of 2016. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
