HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.45495 of 2016 ORDER:

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri A.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the respondents that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.01-02-2010 in W.P.No.21924 of 2009.

For the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with the following directions:

"The Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a representation before the respondents 1 and 2 producing all the relevant material to substantiate his claim for reinstatement. If any such representation is made within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, the same shall be considered by the respondents 1 and 2 and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. No costs." As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
