THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9150 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner, who is accused No.3 in Crime No.405 of 2015 on the file of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 and 398 IPC, filed this petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking regular bail. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations against the petitioner are that he along with the other accused threatened the de facto complainant and his driver by showing a knife and beat them and snatched Rs.5.00 lakhs and also cell phones and fled away.

In view of the seriousness of the allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
