t When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4, submitted that basing on the complaint dated O9.O5.2O23 lodged by the petitioner with the respondents, a crime in F.I.R.No.69 of 2023, dated 09.O5.2O23, U/s.29a$1, 506 r/w Section 34 of I.P.C. and Sections 3(1) and 3(2) of S.C.s / S.T.s (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2075 was registered with the Ramakrishnapur Police Station, Mancherial District; and the respondents have also taken up investigation in the matter; and therefore, contended that the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication, and hence the sarne may be dismissed.

2. In view of above submission, this Court is of the opinion that since the respondents have taken up investigation in the matter, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition. According$, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
