The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not seizing the CC Camera footages of Axis Bank ATM, dated 14.11.2012, situated at Door No.8, Main Road, Bellary, Karnataka State, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home would submit that the entire investigation is over and charge sheet is filed and as such the question of directing investigating agency to collect the CC TV footage at this stage would be impermissible.

It is further brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel appearing for unofficial respondent that pursuant to the application made by the Inspector of Police, Proddatur, seeking visuals of CC Camera vide ATM ID SWAC26714, at the Axis Bank ATM located at Door No.8, Main Road Bellary Road, the same were furnished by the Axis Bank, in the month of December, 2012, itself. 5.

Having regard to the above, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. No costs.

CPK, J W.P.No.2573 of 2013 As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
