No representation for the petitioners/A.4 and A.5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that a report was filed on 28.12.2016 before the II-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijaywada, seeking to close the crime on the ground of "mistake of fact", and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
