I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed by petitioner/accused No.2 praying this Court to relax the condition No.iii of the order dated 02.07.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.5415 of 2025 which reads as under:

" After release, the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 shall not leave the jurisdiction without permission of the concerned Court."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 70 years and is suffering from arthritis, hearing impairment, and other age-related ailments. He further submitted that the petitioner has only one daughter, who resides in Hyderabad, and the petitioner requires her daughter's continuous assistance for her daily needs. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner/accused No.2 in Crl.P.No.5415 of 2025 dated02.07.2025, is hereby relaxed, subject to the following conditions:

i.

The petitioner shall intimate the concerned Court as well as the Investigating Officer in writing at least 48 hours prior to leaving the jurisdiction, specifying the place, purpose, and duration of travel.

ii.

The petitioner shall be permitted to travel only within the State of Telangana/Hyderabad, unless prior permission is obtained from the concerned Court.

iii.

The petitioner shall furnish her current residential address and mobile number to the Investigating Officer and shall inform any change thereof immediately.

iv.

The petitioner shall not leave the country, and if she is holding a passport, the same shall be surrendered before the concerned Court.

v.

The petitioner shall file an undertaking/affidavit to comply with all the conditions imposed and to cooperate with the trial.

vi.

In the event of violation of any of the above conditions, the prosecution shall be at liberty to seek cancellation of bail.

All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is ordered. ________ SKS, J SAI
