HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION NO.12754 OF 2009 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed questioning the Award dated 10.01.2008 in I.D.No.106 of 2007 on the file of Industrial TribunalCum-Labour Court, Anantapur (in short "the Tribunal"). On 12.12.2012 this Court permitted the petitioners to take out notice to unserved respondents within four weeks from that date by paying necessary process, failing which the writ petition shall stand dismissed against the unserved respondents. On 23.04.2013 on noticing 1st respondent died, six weeks time was granted to comply with the orders passed on 12.12.2012. The office endorsement dated 11.06.2013 discloses that the order dated 23.04.2013 has not been complied with, inasmuch as the writ petition stands dismissed against the respondent No.1, who is also no more. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
