THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10306 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the second respondent and Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 05.04.2018, furnished by the Panchayat Secretary, are placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel wherein it is stated that due to the digging of the tank only five coconut trees are to be removed and the petitioner herein has nothing to do with the said trees and the said trees are under the enjoyment of the brothers of the petitioner herein. It is further stated that twelve coconut trees, in respect of which the petitioner herein is paying the lease amount, will not be disturbed and no harm will be caused to the said twelve coconut trees.

Recording the contents of the above written instructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
