HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 8768 of 2017 ORDER:

The allegation in the Writ Petition is that respondents, without following due process of law, are threatening to demolish the temporary structures raised by the petitioner in D.Nos.1-90/2A/73 and 1-90/2A/74 in plot Nos.73 and 74 in Sy.No.11/33 of Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent - Corporation, would submit that, any action taken would only be in accordance with law. He would further assert that notice is being issued by the respondent - Corporation today seeking explanation from the petitioner.

Recording the submission of Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent - Corporation, and making it clear that without issuance of notice, calling for explanation and considering the explanation, that would be submitted by the petitioner, no coercive steps shall be taken. Respondent - Corporation shall not take any coercive steps till final orders are passed, after considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
