Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition.

Permission is accorded and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition as the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies says already suspension order dated 16.05.2017 is issued and a copy of the same is supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
