THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.19388 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare for respondents. 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had preferred an Appeal on 04.11.2016 to the 1st respondent challenging proceedings dt.29.08.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent terminating her services on the ground that she absconded from duty from December, 2012; and that the said Appeal had not been disposed of by the 1st respondent. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare, appearing for respondents, states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the said appeal within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the said appeal within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
