This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 30.8.2017 in I.A. No.1766 of 2016 in O.S.No.187 of 2015 on the file of the Court of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Secunderabad. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
