ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 21.12.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.43750 of 2017. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents reported that in pursuance of the order dated 21.12.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.43750 of 2017, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide proceedings dated 27.07.2019. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is willing to work in a lower post provided that the respondents would provide employment in day hours. Since the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 21.12.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.43750 of 2017, and rejected vide proceedings dated 27.07.2019, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection proceedings dated 27.07.2019, in accordance with law.
