THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY APPEAL SUIT No.72 of 2015 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed against judgment and decree, dated 20.10.2014 in O.S.No.226 of 2012 on the file of the learned I-Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

Sri M.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the appellants has filed memo, dated 02.04.2015 in USR.No.450 of 2015, wherein, it is stated that after filing of the appeal, the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court with the intervention of the elders on 06.02.2015 and that as per the said settlement, the appellants have to pay respondent No.1 Rs.2,25,000/- and on such payment, respondent No.1 will withdraw the criminal case filed against the appellants. Therefore, the learned counsel requested for dismissal of the appeal without costs. In the light of the above, the appeal is dismissed without costs.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, AS.MP.No.172 of 2015 is disposed of as infructuous.
