THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 3256 of 2022 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to enlarge the petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.3, on bail in connection with Crime No.COR No.76 of 2021 of Excise, Malkajigiri, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8 (C) R/W.20 (ii) (B) (c) of of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Narsimha Sharma, learned Counsel representing NCB and perused the record.

It is stated by Sri B.Narsimsha Sharma, learned Counsel representing NCB that complaint is already filed in November, 2021 and would expedite the process of trial. 4.

In the said circumstances, the trial court is directed to complete the trial within Four (4) months from the date of this order and NCB shall take such steps to complete the

process of trial before the trial Court, failing which the petitioner is at liberty to move application for bail.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 6.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
