ORDER
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent No.2 in not taking action against the illegal and unauthorized constructions made by the unofficial respondents in the petitioner's agricultural land to an extent of Ac.8-00 in Sy.Nos.26, 27, 28 and 29, situated at Jalpally Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in spite of an ad-interim injunction order dated 03.07.2019 in I.A.No.1417 of 2019 in O.S.No.573 of 2019 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Syed Iliyas, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1 and Mr. N. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 .

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and his family members are absolute owners and possessors of the aforesaid agricultural land and they are in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said property. He submits that in view of the real estate boom, the unofficial respondents have developed evil eye and trying to grab the property of petitioner. He also submits that the petitioner has filed O.S.No.573 of 2019 on the file of I Additional Junior
LK, J W.P.No.17536 of 2022 Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, and the Court below has granted ad-interim injunction by order dated 03.07.2019 restraining the respondents therein from interfering with the possession of petitioner over the said property. He further submits that in spite of the said injunction order and in spite of the representation of petitioner dated 24.03.2022, the respondents have not acted upon the same and hence, he is constrained to approach this Court. 4.
Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that unauthorized compound wall has been constructed in the subject property without any valid permission and the respondent Municipality is going to initiate action in accordance with law. 5.
Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the official respondents to take appropriate action against the unauthorized constructions made by the unofficial respondents in the subject property, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
