This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking to enlarge the petitioner, who is accused No.1, on bail in Crime No.446 of 2019 on the file of the Station House Officer, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420,376, 506 and 406 l.P C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Considering the fact that petitioner/A.'l is in custody since 04.04.2019 and considering the nature of the allegations levelled against him, and even as per FlR, the acquaintance between the petitioner and the de facto complainant is more than two years prior to the alleged complaint, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The criminal petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on condition of his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of XIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, Raga Reddy District.
