HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 12080 of 2009 ORDER:

The grievance exposed by the petitioner in the writ petition is that it has made several representations to grant permission to promote the senior most Secondary Grade Teacher to the post of B.Ed. Assistant (Social Studies) in the petitioner-school and the same are not being considered. This Court, while ordering notice before admission on 22.06.2009, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2009. Now in the counter affidavit, it is stated that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2009 was considered pursuant to the orders of this Court and the speaking orders were passed on 01.08.2009. Learned counsel for the petitioner also does not dispute the statement in the counter affidavit. Recording the said submission, the present writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order made pursuant to the orders of this Court. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
