ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 12.07.2006 strictly in accordance with the policy dated 02.12.2005.

While admitting the writ petition on 30.04.2009, no interim direction was granted by this Court.

Hence, this Court is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 12.7.2006 in terms of the policy dated 02.12.2005, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
