This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.434 of 2016 on the file of Saroornagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 468 and 471 of IPC. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation in this matter was completed and a charge sheet was also filed on 02.12.2016 since there was no stay of investigation except to the extent of arrest of the petitioners. Learned counsel for petitioners sought liberty to challenge the proceedings in the charge sheet in view of the subsequent events that have taken place after filing the charge sheet.

It is seen that during pendency of this Petition, stay was granted by this Court.

In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR 434 of 2016 on the file of Saroornagar Police Station, Rangareddy District, is dismissed as infructuous with the liberty sought for. The interim stay granted earlier by this Court shall stand vacated.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
