This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 in C.C.No.582 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur Urban.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
