I.A.No.2 of 2026 IN Crl.P.Nos.5562, 5563 AND 5564 OF 2026 This application is filed by the petitioners praying this Court for modification of order in I.A.No.1 of 2026 by deleting the words "petitioners are in jail" in 2nd para of the order dated 28.04.2026 in I.A.No.1 of 2026 and also to extend the time for surrendering the petitioners before the Station House Officer, Bowenpally Police Station, Malkajgiri District by three more days.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that I.A.No.1 of 2026 was filed to relax condition No.i of the common order dated 20.04.2026 passed in these criminal petitions and this Court vide order 28.04.2026 relaxed the said condition. However, there was a typographical error in the said order in 2nd para mentioning that the petitioners are 'in jail'. However, the criminal petitions are filed for anticipatory bails. Hence, prayed this Court to rectify the said order.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court deems it fit to modify para No.2. The modified paragraph reads as follows :

"Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are unable to pay the surety amount, therefore, he prayed the court to relax the said condition".

Further, the time granted by this Court for surrendering the petitioner before the concerned Station House Officer is hereby extended by one week. Petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Station House Officer on or before 12.05.2026. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
