This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by the Court below, by order dated 28.08.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.3680 of 2021 on the file of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, that the petitioner shall submit certified copies of his Aadhar Card and Aadahar cards of his parents and their residential addresses proof certified by the Village Sarpanch or any Village Assistant with regard to the address of the of the petitioner-Accused No.2. 2.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed by the Court below, that the petitioner shall submit certified copies of his Aadhar Card and Aadahar cards of his parents and their residential addresses proof certified by the Village Sarpanch or any Village Assistant

with regard to the address of the of the petitioner-Accused No.2, is only relaxed. However, original Aadhar cards shall be produced. The other conditions imposed by the Court below remain unaltered including the subsequent relaxation of the surety amount.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
