This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the seizure of vehicle bearing registration No.TS 16 UA 7405. 2.

Learned Government Pleader informs the Court that no proceedings are pending and vehicle was already released to the owner of vehicle.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
