THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.10345 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition alleging inaction on the part of the respondent - Company in considering his representation, dated 26.03.2015, for appointment as LDC under BPMS No.36, dated 18.05.1997.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim orders, the respondent - Company issued proceedings, dated 04.04.2016, rejecting the request of the petitioner. He further submits that aggrieved thereby, the petitioner filed W.P.No.6736 of 2017 and in view of the subsequent developments, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
