When the matter was called on 19-09-2016 there was no representation for the appellant, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Even today though the matter appears under the caption 'for dismissal' none appears for the appellant. This indicates that the appellant has no interest in prosecuting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
