THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32236 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in relation to the letter dated 29.08.2015 does not survive for consideration in the light of the memo dated 19.11.2015 issued by the Deputy Transport Commissioner, Warnagal, which has been placed on record along with the counter-affidavit.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies against the memo dated 19.11.2015 in accordance with law, if so advised.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
