This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed being aggrieved by not passing order in I.A.No.62 of 2015 in CMA No.01 of 2015 pending on the file of III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rajampet, Kakinada District, which is filed against the Order passed in I.A.No.148 of 2014 in O.S.No.41 of 2014 passed by Junior Civil Judge, Rajampet, Kadapa District.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that during pendency of this Revision, the main CMA i.e., CMA No.01 of 2015 has been disposed of on 08.09.2017 and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
