Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner contended in this Writ Petition that the 4th respondent is not receiving and registering the documents submitted by petitioner for the purpose of registration on the ground that pattadar passbook and title deeds in respect of the subject land have not been produced by petitioner for the purpose of verification at the time registration in terms of Section 6D of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

Learned counsel for petitioner contends that a letter dt.30-05-2012 has been issued by the Tahsildar, Tirupati Urban to the Sub-Registrar, Renigunta that no pattadar passbooks and title deeds are issued in the villages of Tirupati Urban Mandal and in such a scenario, it would be impossible for the petitioner to comply with the said requirement. Learned counsel for petitioner placed reliance on the orders of this Court dt.17-09-2012 in W.P.No.28947 of 2012, order dt.14-08-2012 in W.P.No.25054 of 2012 and order dt.06-02-2014 in W.P.No.3236 of 2014.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents does not dispute that the issue raised herein was also dealt with in the above Writ Petitions. 5.

Therefore for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is allowed and respondents are directed to receive the document presented by petitioner for the purpose of registration of any land in the above Mandal without insisting for production of pattadar passbook and title deed by taking into account the letter of the Tahsildar, Tirupati Urban dt.3005-2012 addressed to the Sub-Registrar, Renigunta and process the said document for registration. It is open to 4th respondent to verify whether such document is in accordance with the provisions of Registration Act, 1908 and Stamp Act, 1899. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
