HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12488 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents, on instructions, submits that the police are not pressuring the petitioners to settle the matrimonial disputes between the petitioners and the family members of the wife of the 1st petitioner. He submits that a case in Crime No.231 of 2019 was registered against the petitioners and that except investigating into the crime, they are not interfering with the matrimonial disputes between the petitioners and the wife of the 1st petitioner.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners, except in accordance with law. However, this order will not preclude the police to investigate into Crime No.231 of 2019 registered against the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
