Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition having regard to the proceedings Rc.No.T/Dis/ZVI/2217/2016, dt.01.12.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent reinstating the petitioner into duty and posting him in Telangana Social Welfare Residential School/Junior College, Narayankhed, Medak District.

Therefore this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
