This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the Letter No.1886/2015 A1, dated 04.06.2016 on the file of the third respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
