HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CRIMINAL PETITION No.3380 of 2019 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed on the petitioner by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, in Crl.M.P.No.626 of 2018 in Crime No.646 of 2017, dated 28.02.2018. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. By the order, dated 28.02.2018, the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge granted bail by imposing certain conditions, including that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned weekly once till the filing of the charge sheet.

The petitioner has been complying with the said conditions since then and there is no adverse report from the Public Prosecutor.

Considering the above, this Court deems it appropriate to modify the aforesaid condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned on 4th Sunday of every month for a period of three months.
