THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No.296 of 2018 in R.C.C. No.17 of 1998 ORDER:

The Official Liquidator, through the instant applicant, under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 306 & 298 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959, filed half yearly accounts of the company (in liquidation) for the period from 01.04.2016 to 30.09.2016 along with the audit report of M/s. Murthy & Kanth, Chartered Accountants, dated 06.09.2017. Heard Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, and perused the details of the audit report. Having regard to the reasons stated in the Company Application and there being no objections, this Company Application is to be ordered.
