No.3860 of 2020 dt:10/O9/2020 while granting Anticipatory Bail to the Petitioners/Accu sed in Crime No: 77 of 2020 of P S Marriguda, Nalgonda Dist for the offences under Sec. 147, 748, 447,427, 386, 504,506, r/w 149 of IPC.

CRLP NO: 3860 OF 2020 Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filefl'therein, the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the Pensioners/Accused by directing the arresting authorities to enlarge the Petition ers/Accused on bail in the event of their arrest in connection in Crime No. 77 of 2O2O of P S Marriguda, Nalgonda District for the offences under Sec. L47, t48, 447, 427, 386, 504, 506, rlw 149 of IPC The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 10.09.2020 made in Crl.P. and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Kiran Palakurthi, Advocate for the Petitioners, and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following

ORDER

This application is filed seeking to relax condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 1o.o9.2o2o.

Vide order dated 1o.09.2o2o this court granted anticipatory bail on imposition of certain conditions and one of the condition is as follows: The petitioners/Al to A3 shall appear before the said S.H.O., on every Sunday between 7O.OO AM and 5.OO PM till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the order of this Court and there is no allegation of violation of any of the conditions imposed by this Court. on instructions, learned Public Prosecutor, would submit that the investigation is pending and the petitioners have to cooperate with the investigation and that there is no allegation against the petitioners with regard to the violation of any of(he conditions imposed by this Court.

l Considering the above, this application is allowed relaxing the above condition imposed by this Court as relaxed. However, it is made clear that other conditions imposed in the order remain unaltered. The petitioners shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer by appearing before him as and when their presence is required.
