This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"...to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and pertaining to LGOP.No.1162 of 2007 on the file of the XIV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and to quash the same."
On 14.7.2017, the case was adjourned for being posted under the caption "for dismissal" as the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present. Accordingly, the case has been posted under the said caption today. Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.23005 and 23006 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief are dismissed as infructuous.
