HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11258 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings No.B/2654/2016, dated 16-05-2016, issued by the 2nd and 3rd respondent in implementing the orders of the 4th respondent.

The petitioner filed revision in Case No.D1/36/2016 along with stay application under Section 9 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act (for short "the Act") before the 5th respondent against the orders of 4th respondentRevenue Divisional Officer (R.D.O.), Mahabubnagar dated 16-10-2015 in File No.B/ROR/9559/2012 in respect of land to an extent of Ac.01-31 guntas in Sy.No.341 of Edganpally Village of Balanagar Mandal and though said revision is pending and parties were issued notices dated 0608-2016, the 3rd respondent is trying to implement the orders passed by the 4th respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of facts and circumstances of the case, since already notices were issued in the revision petition, the 5th respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed under Section 9 of the Act within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the order

dated 16-10-2015 passed by the R.D.O. and the impugned proceedings dated 16-05-2016 shall remain stayed. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
