This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not conducting survey to identify and demarcate the boundaries along with measurements in respect of the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.10-00 guntas in Sy.Nos 281, 282, 283, 284, 288 and 295 situated at Gajularamaram Village, Qutubullapur Mandal, Medchal District as illegal and arbitrary.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 28-04-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 28-04-2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch.
