Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (AP) appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri S.Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GVMC, appearing for respondent No.2.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.08.2017 to the second respondent-Corporation, but no action has been taken on the said representation, though considerable time was elapsed. 3.

Request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation by fixing time frame.

On the other hand, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel that the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to take appropriate action on the

AVSS,J WP_29968_2017 representation, dated 03.08.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law.
