When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, that, on 29.03.2018 on the complaint of the petitioner herein, respondent-Gram Panchayat issued a notice, calling upon the fourth respondent to stop construction activity and to produce the documents if any. It is further submitted that further action, pursuant to the notice, will be taken by the respondentGram Panchayat as per law. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
