Petitioner Company filed I.A.No.1 of 2018 with a prayer to dispose of Company Petition No.329 of 2015 in view of the Settlement Agreement, dated 17.11.2018, reached between the parties.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and Company Petition No.329 of 2015 may be closed in terms thereof.

In the light of the settlement reached between the parties, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed.
