HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 5860 of 2007 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus to declare all the proceedings leading up to and including proceedings in Lr.No.SE/OP/North/SAO/JAO/HTV/D.No.635/2007 dated 2.03.2007 of the 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary and to nullify the same. 2.
Heard Sri P. B. Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned standing counsel for TS Transco, appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 12.04.2018 to the 1st respondent seeking to make 11 KV supply regular and permanent w.e.f. 01.03.2003 instead of August, 2003, termination of 132 KV supply w.e.f. 21.03.2003 instead of August, 2003, waiving of developmental charges of Rs.22.5 lakhs, and to revise all the bills from March, 2003 to July 2003 treating 11 KV supply to be regular and permanent w.e.f. 01.03.2003 and the said representation is under consideration. He further submits that ends of justice would be met, if a direction is given to the 1st respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders thereon.

Having considered the submissions made by the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.04.2018 and pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, status quo subsisting as on today shall be maintained. 5.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
