Going by the statements and averments in the writ petition and also prayer in relation thereto, it is not a case of police detention. It is detention by the private individuals. Therefore, this Court has no jurisdiction and the matter is dismissed. However, it will be open for the petitioner to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law for redressal of his grievances. No order as to costs.
